Project dedication for longtime staff member

The Duck Meadow Project, east of Kamloops, was dedicated to Ken Johnson, a long-time Ducks Unlimited Canada staff member who helped manage the project for many years in partnership with the Nature Trust of BC.

Partnerships are key to the CIJV’s success. From government departments, non-governmental organizations and Industry, to landowners and land managers, there are many ways to get involved with the partnership.

See our Partners page for a full list of the CIJV team.

Ted Haywood-Farmer, Savona, BC“Our family ranch has had many conservation partnerships with government, our industry association and the environmental non-governmental organization community where we have worked on several projects including water storage, fencing and range enhancements for Species at Risk. These partnerships have helped our ranch better mange our land and water resources, which has helped our business. We also love to see an abundance of wildlife, including waterfowl, on our land and think of this as a key indicator of our success.”
